The last 2 sentences of the legend for figure 5 belong at the end of the legend for figure 4. These sentences read as follows: "Material in 2 syringes was injected simultaneously. Note return to base line in 2 minutes and stepwise return to normal contractility in 4 to 5 minutes."

Page 571. The third sentence under Summary and Conclusions should read, "The D-L substance is heat stable."
